1.Development 

Pu’er tea is a kind of tea with unique quality characteristics, which is made from sun green tea of Yunnan large-leaf seed with special processing technology. According to these two points, Pu’er tea can be divided into raw tea (non-fermented) and cooked tea (fermented).

Pu’er tea has a long history, as early as three thousands years ago, the ancestors of Yunnan tea growers had already presented tea to King Wu of Zhou. After that, it went though three stages of development until today’s social pattern of tea production.

  • Avoid drinking inferior or spoiled tea. Avoid drinking Pu’er tea with too many brewing times, non-fermented tea with caution cooking method, fermented tea can be properly boiled.
  • The water temperature for brewing Pu’er tea is above 90℃, so that the aroma and taste of tea will be more obvious. However, the water should not be boiled repeatedly, in which a large amount of salts will be precipitated, affecting the taste of tea.
